Applied Behavior Analysis Online Graduate Study and Practicum

There is a growing need for well-trained, board-certified professionals in behavior analysis to work in or consult with schools, early intervention programs, day programs, home-based programs and residential settings. The career options in this growing field are nearly limitless.

You can gain experience and meet the requirements to sit for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam on your path toward BCBA Certification with courses at the University of Washington College of Education. Two online options are available:

  1. Complete a master's degree in special education with an applied behavior analysis option
  2. For individuals who already hold a qualifying master's degree, complete specific graduate-level coursework in applied behavior analysis and participate in a supervised practicum (field experience)

To learn more about these options and apply to the program, see the Applied Behavior Analysis Distance Education Program page on the College of Education website.
